My toilet had a slow leak, apparently over about a 10 year period, which eventually lead to dry rot in the subfloor bad enough for water to leak through the ceiling and form a giant bubble in the paint of the ceiling below.
The plumbers' remediation team tore up the tile and removed the dry rot and replaced the subfloor. I had a difficult time finding a tiling company that was willing to take on a small job. They all wanted me to replace the entire floor. I started searching for handyman bids instead.
Home advisor finally found Tim. I called him after a couple other companies fell through (stopped answering my calls, bid a ridicuous amount, or admitted to not having a lot of experience with tile. I was really happy to have a tile company willing to take the job.
We exchanged texts and photos of the floor. Tim said about $400. On Friday said he could come on Saturday. Showed up on time and about 4 hours later I had a perfectly repaired bathroom floor. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Tim Contreras honest nice guy and I was very please with his work. I have built a relationship and Tim will be completing other jobs in my home remodel. I appreciate good service and value honest people. Tim fix a a glass shower door that was not include in the original job.

Tim fixed up the tile in our bathroom that wasn't done right by a previous tile company. He did a great job! It looks so much better. He was courteous, friendly, and clearly took pride in his work. I would definitely recommend him. If we ever need tile work done in the future I know who to call :)

Father/Son team...these guys are amazing. We had them do our custom shower, kitchen floor and fireplace hearth. Excellent craftsmanship. Tim really know his stuff. Has a designer's eye...picked tiles with design flow, not just next tile in the box. Cuts around fluted fireplace trim were outstanding. No shortcuts - great work. Highly recommend.
